There have been numerous reports by users that the software is not an easy install and that customer support is handled more by other users on the Forex Raptor forums rather than the developers or their team.
In addition to that it seems the documentation for the software is quite lacking, even though there are step by step tutorials on how to install everything it seems many users still have issues.
While it still must be noted that those who do get the software to work find they are able to grow their Forex accounts, it still takes plenty of tinkering and adjustment of the settings.
Many users do report large numbers of consecutive wins when they get the settings correct.
It is strongly recommended that a demo account is used at first if you purchase this software - simply to make sure that an understanding of the settings and the way to use the software is gained prior to using it with a live account.
